A small ZIP (~0.6 MB). Unzip it and open index.html in your browser — the tool runs entirely offline and nothing is ever uploaded.
A simple tool for adding a visual signature to PDF files: open the file, draw your signature with your finger or mouse (or upload it as an image), drag it to the right spot on the page, then save the signed copy. The tool runs entirely in your browser, offline. The PDF is opened and processed locally — it is never uploaded to any server, ours or anyone else's. Important: this tool adds a **visual** signature (an image of your signature) to a PDF. It is not a cryptographically secure, PKI-based e-signature (X.509) and is not a substitute for a regulated digital-signature service (DocuSign and the like). For legally enforceable signatures, use a licensed provider.
pdf-signer lets you place a signature, initials, or short text (like a date or a name) onto a PDF — right in your browser.
It is 100% offline: your file never leaves your device, nothing is uploaded, and the tool itself stores nothing. Close the tab and no trace remains.
Click “Open a PDF” and pick a file from your device. Every page is rendered so you can work on any of them.
There are three ways to create a signature or element:
Type a date or a name in the text box and click “Add text”. Arabic is shaped and ordered correctly (right-to-left), and mixed Arabic-and-numbers — like a date — is handled properly.
Once something is active you are in placing mode — click any page to drop it. Keep clicking to place it on several pages; press Esc to stop.
Drag an element to move it, use the corner handle to resize (it keeps its proportions), click to select, and press Delete — or the “Delete selected” button — to remove it. Add as many elements across as many pages as you like.
Click “Download signed PDF”. Everything you placed is flattened onto the pages and saved to your device as signed.pdf. Your original file is untouched.
No server, no internet, no account, no telemetry. Everything happens locally in your browser — your document and your signature stay on your device.
