ShadoApps tools are digital products that download instantly, but that doesn't cancel your right to ask for a refund if you didn't get the value you expected. The policy below applies to every tool sold from the store.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all payments and refunds are processed through Paddle. When you request a refund and we approve it, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear is determined by Paddle and your bank or card provider, not by us. You can also contact Paddle directly about a payment or refund at Paddle.net.

We respond to refund requests within 48 business hours. If we approve the refund, the full amount returns to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (the processing time is set by the payment gateway, not by us).
