ShadoApps is a practice led by Shady Azzam, with more than fifteen years in systems analysis and delivery. We work with people who have a software idea but not yet a precise description of it: we turn it into a requirements document and an interactive prototype you can try, then represent you technically in front of developers through to delivery.
Alongside that, we publish tools we build ourselves — because whoever writes the requirements should have built, first-hand, what they ask others to build.
Nothing gets built before what's wanted is written down clearly enough to be tested against. Most software projects go wrong at exactly this stage — not in the code.
