Welcome to ShadoApps. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ShadoApps website (shadoapps.com) and the digital products and services offered through it (together, the "Service"). ShadoApps is operated by Shady Ahmed Azzam, trading as ShadoApps ("ShadoApps", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Egypt.
By accessing the site, purchasing a product, or using any of our tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
ShadoApps sells small, useful digital tools and applications on a one-time-purchase basis. There are no subscriptions and no recurring fees. What you pay once is what you pay. Each product page describes what the product does, its capabilities, and its limitations before you buy. Some products run entirely in your browser or on your own device and keep your data local; each product's page states how it works.
Where a product includes ongoing updates, those updates are provided at our discretion and do not constitute a separate purchase or a guarantee of indefinite support.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means that when you buy a product, your purchase contract for payment is with Paddle, not directly with ShadoApps. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, sales tax and VAT collection where applicable, and payment-related support. Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout before you confirm. You will receive an order confirmation and receipt from Paddle by email once your payment is confirmed.
By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice.
After a successful purchase, we deliver your product digitally: you receive a confirmation email containing a secure, time-limited download link (and, where applicable, setup instructions). Delivery is electronic only — there is no physical shipment. If you do not receive your delivery email, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@shadoapps.com and we will resend it.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not:
The product, its code, design, and content remain the intellectual property of ShadoApps. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
We offer a 14-day refund window on eligible purchases. The full terms, eligibility, and how to request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are processed through Paddle.
In addition to products, ShadoApps offers software consulting and custom digital-tool creation. These services are arranged separately through a request form and are subject to a separate agreement or scope of work agreed in writing. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to perform services until such terms are agreed.
We aim to keep the site and products available and working, but we provide the Service "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the products at your own risk. You are responsible for backing up your own data; for tools that store data locally on your device, we cannot recover data you lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, ShadoApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
